45 ml (1.5 oz) White rum
60 ml (2 oz) Fresh blood orange juice
15 ml (0.5 oz) Fresh lemon juice
15 ml (0.5 oz) Honey syrup
60 ml (2 oz) Sparkling water or Prosecco
1 piece Blood orange wheel (garnish)
Shake rum, blood orange juice, lemon juice, and honey with ice.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
