Signature Racing Drink
60 ml (2 oz) Tequila
90 ml (3 oz) Grapefruit juice (or grapefruit soda)
15 ml (0.5 oz) Fresh lime juice
1 pinch Salt
60 ml (2 oz) Soda water (if using juice)
1 piece Grapefruit wedge (garnish)
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
