0.5 Fresh kiwifruit (peeled and muddled)
15 ml (0.5 oz) Strawberry syrup (or muddled fresh strawberries + simple syrup)
20 ml (0.75 oz) Fresh lime juice
60 ml (2 oz) Soda water
1 piece Kiwi wheel, for garnish
Strawberry slice, for garnish
Muddle kiwifruit in a shaker.
Add gin, strawberry syrup, and lime juice with ice.
Shake hard.
Double strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a kiwi wheel and strawberry slice.
