Performance Parts

45 ml (1.5 oz) Vodka
•
3-4 Fresh strawberries (muddled) or 15 ml (0.5 oz) Strawberry syrup
•
25 ml (0.75 oz) Fresh lemon juice
•
15 ml (0.5 oz) Honey syrup
•
90 ml (3 oz) Sparkling water
•
Strawberry slice, for garnish
•
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Pit Stop Instructions
1.
Muddle strawberries in a shaker (or use strawberry syrup).
2.
Add vodka, lemon juice, and honey with ice.
3.
Shake hard.
4.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
5.
Top with sparkling water.
6.
Garnish with a strawberry slice and lemon wheel.
