30 ml (1 oz) Passionfruit syrup or pulp
•
20 ml (0.75 oz) Fresh lime juice
•
90 ml (3 oz) Ginger beer
•
Lime wheel, for garnish
Pit Stop Instructions
1.
Shake pineapple juice, passionfruit, and lime with ice.
2.
Strain into a glass over ice.
3.
Top with ginger beer.
4.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
