60 ml (2 oz) Pear nectar

20 ml (0.75 oz) Fresh lemon juice

15 ml (0.5 oz) Blackcurrant syrup (cassis cordial)

90 ml (3 oz) Sparkling water

Lemon twist, for garnish

Fresh blackberry, for garnish

Pit Stop Instructions

1.

Shake pear nectar, lemon, and blackcurrant syrup with ice.

2.

Strain into a tall glass over ice.

3.

Top with sparkling water.

4.

Garnish with lemon twist and blackberry.
